If you decide to engage legal services, the resulting contract will be between you and one of our panel solicitors, not YCC. As such, YCC does not accept any responsibility or liability for advice or work carried out by our panel solicitors or any other solicitor you choose to appoint. You are under no obligation to choose any of our panel solicitors, and if we are unable to assist you, we will inform you, and you are free to seek advice elsewhere.

The law firms and legal service providers (“Service Providers”) listed on expertfamilylaw.co.uk are independent entities and not agents or employees of YCC. These Service Providers are responsible for their own acts, omissions, and for any obligations or liabilities incurred through their operations. We do not endorse and is not responsible for the actions, omissions, or any service provided by the listed Service Providers.

YCC expressly disclaims any liability for any wrongful acts, negligence, or misconduct by any Service Provider listed on our site. Users are advised to exercise their own due diligence and judgment in selecting any Service Provider through our directory.

Payment Terms for Listings

Payment for listings within the Expertfamilylaw.co.uk directory is required at the time of submission and must be completed as per the specified payment procedures. All payments are non-refundable. By submitting a listing and completing payment, Service Providers acknowledge and agree that all fees are non-refundable, regardless of the use or duration of the listing on the website.

Removal of Listings

YCC reserves the right to remove any listings from our directory at our discretion if we believe removal is in the public interest or necessary to protect the reputation of our business. If a listing is removed for these reasons, we will notify the affected Service Provider of the removal. Service Providers are free to request the removal of their listings at any time. However, please be advised that removing a listing, whether initiated by the Service Provider or by [Your Company Name], does not entitle the Service Provider to a refund of any fees paid.

Guest Post Submissions

Service Providers are welcome to submit guest post articles to [Your Website Name] for potential publication on our website. Submission of an article does not guarantee publication. YCC reserves the right to review and reject any submissions at our discretion if we deem them unsuitable for our audience based on content, quality, relevance, or any other criteria established by our editorial standards.

Access to Leads

Service Providers who join our panel will have the opportunity to access new leads. However, please note that leads are chargeable at an additional fee, details of which will be provided upon joining the panel. YCC does not guarantee the volume or consistency of leads provided. The availability of leads may vary based on market demand, client needs, and other factors outside our control.
